Swanny River!

These are two canal residents, who had taken themselves off down the River Dee.

On their way back, looking for their nesting site for this year, they seemed to get confused for a bit, and we had to go and help shepherd them off Sealand Road in Chester, so that they didn't get hit by the number 10!

After a few minutes "persuasion" they must have been able to smell the water, as the toddled off quite happily and dived in!
