Izzy wizzy, let's get busy!

Blitzing up the ingredients for a Thai Green Curry. Our old hand blender died this week which is one of the worst things that can break in our kitchen (other than the cafetiere like I did the other week :-S).

Thankfully we found a great new one in Costco today that also came with this cool little blender pot which makes things like this a breeze! As always, I like a good new gadget. Although, I'd rather the original not break first!

By the way - the Thai Green Curry was so so tasty!
