Dwell on a Problem

I'm spending much too much time in the City Centre. With the weather as it's been it's easy to catch a bus into town for a coffee!

Today I was sat in one of the new shopping arcades waiting for my wife and saw this chap leaning over the balcony. The word Dwell showed above him. Do you ever dwell on a problem like where's the next blip coming from?
