Rubbish phone photo because I had my 200mm lens confiscated at the entrance! Not happy as it has never been a problem in the last four years! Also there was no sportshall this year either, another blow.

But the quality of the competition was excellent as always. Both kids seemed to love it. The lady in front asked how old W was and told me that he was amazing and that he was asking some really intelligent questions that she thought were wonderful to hear. So nice to hear that said about him as he is so often in Carys's shadow.

World record in the women's 2mile was my highlight, getting autographs from Nesta Carter and Jenny Meadows, amongst others was probably C&W's highlights.
