Woman with machete

I saw this woman today in the fish market in the busy port of Kingston on the island of st Vincent.
Wielding her machete she chopped up bottlenose shark and tuna.

Splattered in blood and exhausted she still found the energy to shout abuse at some demanding customers.

Meanwhile her husband stood there collecting the money.

It was ever thus.
