RYE BREAD IN IRON POT

We made the last bread this morning.
First time we bake bread in iron pot
and we are pleased with the result.

Here is the recipe:
550 grams of sifted flour
450 sifted rye flour
10 grams of yeast
tiny salt
About 2 tablespoons molasses
8 cups water
 
Stir together, raise overnight in the fridge, taken out in the morning, leave on the kitchen bench for a few hours, knead and raised again, poured into hot iron pot and bake with lid for 40 min or without cover for  30 minutes at 200 degrees .
