What's The safest place for a boat this winter?

Park up at the back of a council car park of course!
Bridlington Harbour was looking remarkably peaceful after the recent storms.
At this point it looks very quiet, but within the hour the place filled up with day trippers, glad to see a bit of sunshine.
There were plenty of cafes and fish and chip shops opening their shutters as we walked by.
But we are being good, and took a packed up lunch with us.
