Here be dragons

Apparently there's a Dragon Festival going on in Norwich at the moment and I think I stumbled across the start of it outside the Forum as I was nipping about running a couple of errands.

It involved some Morris Dancers, some other blokes looking a bit on the ecclesiastical side and a bloke dressed as a dragon.
