Random item in Southsea

I met a friend in Southsea today for a catch up!! Lots of coffee and a long lunch...all perfect! After dropping her at the hover to go back to the island I explored the seafront for a blip. Not sure what the purpose of this item was back in the day but it lit up in the evening sunshine.
