Its a Sunday * again *

Sunday always means the end of the weekend….I look so forward to Friday evenings and before I know it the weekend is over!!!

This morning I did a walk/run on the treadmill, cause was raining outdoors. As I had hurt my calve early last week with trying to walk with my toe hitting the belt before my heel, due to my foot dragging when I walk, since my fall in the forest two years ago….but to be honest, I never went to the DR to have it seen to. Something I am going to do this week as getting worse and I don't like the feeling of my leg when I walk!! My calve went into a spasm while on the treadmill. It was really painful, and since the spasm, I have been hobbling around. Not easy to go up and down the stairs in our house.

Anyway….I didn't get to take a photo of anything interesting today…so grabbed my phone….The one piece of equipment that goes everywhere with me. With Blackberry chat and Whatsapp, I am able to keep in touch with my friends around the world and of course my family. Nothing beats a message from my 8 year old granddaughter * Hi Nana, its me * ( Priceless ) I keep saying to my hubby * Can you believe my granddaughter can now write to me - it feels like yesterday she was born *!!!!
