We had a sushi class today, which was a late Christmas presie form Mr GM. It was run by a lovely Sushi chef Makiko Sano. Included was also a copy of her book Sushi Slim. It was 2 hours of fun and joy. Her website is here.

This is my very first attempt, I went on to make Salmon Nigri and Salmon & Salmon & Avocado California Rolls. Not the best pic, but I am rather proud of them.
