Sea defence operations

It has been a beautiful sunny and calm day today, difficult to believe how different from the previous weeks of awful weather. We walked along the beach path but had to stop at this point. They were busy working to build a new wall of huge boulders to try and protect the path and road from further onslaughts of high winds and rough seas.
