We spent the afternoon pruning an enormous fig tree.

The electric saw stopped repeatedly which slowed things down and we still have about 75% of the job left to do and anyhow, this is a hobby so it doesn't really matter when and how we do these jobs.

I took this shot as the sun was waning, just beofre we left for home. I always feel sad when I leave because sunset and the evening are the best times of the day and so beautiful here.
