worsthorne moors

This is very much my old stomping ground for running as I used to live in the village of Worsthorne at the edge of these moors. Hadn't run there for a while, but the better weather made me go back today and I realised how much I'd missed these familiar wonderful views from Worsthorne towards Hebden Bridge. And just had to try get one of these very superior rams with their curly horns in. Ran bit further than I have for a while, then walked the mile back from my car with my camera to get this view in the sunshine, so am a tad stiff this evening! Just love the heathers and the harshness of these moors.
