Some large puddles along the South Bank are a reminder of the recent lively weather we have had. Some kids love splashing in them; the younger ones are fascinated by their reflection. For me, they were an opportunity for a non-postcardy image.

Wonderful respite from the stormy weather. Persuaded by friends to see 'Dallas Buyers Club' - thanks guys! - followed by the cheapest cup of tea in Soho (£1.50) and a long walk along the river. I was aiming to blip Tower Bridge but preferred this.
