Return of my mojo

After a disastrous bake yesterday, my mojo came back in style with this chocolate orange cake. Inside is a homemade orange curd filling, with a marbled sponge. This was a test bake in advance of the next Edinburgh Bakers meeting on Wednesday, where the standards are very high and the craic is, as they say, mighty.
