Big Jim

Went to Oxenhope to catch a steam train today. A friend of Neil's, who is in Haworth Home Guard Re-enactment group, had told us that they had hired a carriage today for the group so he wanted to get a photo of them. We actually caught the train and rode to Haworth with them. We had a bit of a wander then caught the same one back. This is Big Jim, just restored and in action for around a month now, it is a USA S160 Steam Loco, No 95820. It's quite an impressive Engine with a very impressive hoot!! Made me jump every time!
Extra bit We met another blipper-Midgehole Dave with Polly his dog. Always good to meet a blipper!
