Birthday bonanzas

A great day with great company. We were invited for sunday lunch by pals and was treated to the most delicious, bountiful and enormous roast dinner. Proper grown up style with starters and pudding, wine and everything! To top this off we met and made friends with some great people, including Tina (in the picture here), who was celebrating her birthday, with a beautiful apfelkuchen courtesy of our host and supremo chef Gary...

A lovely relaxing day, that has left me full to bursting with food, but having enjoyed every bit of it, and participated in some proper belly laughs along the way...
