Tomintoul Cockbridge road

Needed to feel and see snow, so despite the frustration of being unable to ski currently(for health reasons) I headed up to the lecht . I managed to get stuck in deep sow and needed help to dig me out. I went for a satisfying walk short but nice and wild . Saw ptarmigan, grouse and buzzards went to look at the Well of Lecht. Beautiful day.
