Who's got the better grass now?

Our neighbors and I moved in at the same time and we both have the same crappy lawns that we have been nurturing since day 1. Today when i got home their front lawn had been dug up to get the fibre into the street. Working for the culprits I just mumbled something about being glad it wasn't mine :-)
Cant wait for UFB though, I'm sure the grass will be fine by then.
