Steak on a plank (salmon)

On Thursday nights at the Hornavan they do steak on a plank - moose or salmon. I had the moose last week, so tonight I had the salmon! It's delicious and you get big portions, so most people go there on Thursdays. Today we did a lot of handling tracks, and deprepping all the cars before leaving on Friday.
