A heart ...

… and a hug for my daddy.

He's been in hospital since Friday and the doctors have been struggling to get his pain under control :(

However he was visited this morning by two people from the MacMillan centre and he's being transferred there where, fingers crossed, they'll be able to help. Makes me very glad I trained as hard as I did and raised as much money as I did for the Sahara trek.

I'm also very glad we've a trip planned very soon so I can exchange the virtual hug for a real one.
