These poor people are still owed 8972RMB (£888.52 US$1479.47) by a night club called 1892 located in Coastal City (海岸城）Nanshan, Shenzhen.

The two people attempting to hang the banner used to be cleaners at the 1892 night club. It's so sad when people at the bottom of the pile who really need cash the most get shat on.

The man in the middle of the picture is a security guard making them take the banner down and just out of shot there's a smartly dressed young woman, walkie-talkie in hand, supervising the operation.
