Saint ???

This is part of All Saints Anglican church on Monks Road. I'm not sure which saint it is meant to be, though I'd guess Saint Swithin as this used to be St Swithins Diocese! His Saints Day is the day before my birthday, and apparently if it rains on his day it will rain for 40 days!
