Organic eggs are not just beautiful -

- they also taste so good! We are lucky to be able to buy them once a month from a local farmer when he comes for his egg-marketing tour.

Today I spent five hours clearing away stuff at my aunt's now that she is moving into a home for the elderly. And I only managed to get through a fraction of all the little things there! Makes you turn really antimaterialistic, all this sorting out of stuff...

I swear: when I'm 83 I will have gotten rid of most unnecessary things around me!
