7.0C starting bright then thin cloud and light rain apprearing in the afternoon. Light breeze.

Since rain was forecast for the afternoon Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk before lunch today. As we wandered down the road to the shore I took this shot across the field nearest our house towards some of the trees that have featured in recent sunrise pictures.

Down at the beach the tide was well out. We walked along the sand towards Easthaven then came back to Westhaven and wandered on towards Carnoustie. We passed a few dog walkers. Little inspiration for pictures with the tide out and the light becoming flatter as the cloud came over.
