Hopelessly optimistic

When this morning's rain had finally cleared, I walked some of the lanes around the village looking for a photo opportunity. Typically when I reached the furthest point from home a heavy shower blew in and stationed itself above me no matter where I went, so camera remained inside waterproof. Very much later after a restorative cuppa at home I managed a quick blip in the garden.
