Pushed Out, All Alone

A long sleep last night due to taking a few more tablets than I should have. Was good to only have half a day to do.

Had breakfast, watched a bit of the Olympics, cut, then walked along to a counselling session. A really hard one today that over ran by another hour. Don’t think I have ever used so many tissues in a short space of time.

Have come home with a thumping headache and have been sick. The tears can’t stop flowing.
