Fence Sitting

Why is it that ‘sitting on the fence‘ is so often considered a bad thing?

It seems we’re always supposed to draw a conclusion, reach a decision, take a stand or choose a side.

But let’s face it, from the top of a fence you can see the horizon in all directions.

And if you were a glove, like this one, sitting on the fence may be the best thing that ever happened to you.

You might spot the Human who dropped you, and who mourns (or maybe they don't).

You might find your long lost partner,

Or meet someone new.

Who knows.

Wait and see and sit on the fence.
