Empire State Of Mind

Just found this on my phone. I was stood at the top of the Empire State Building in New York in November 2012. I have a serious fear of heights, so for me to manage this I think is quite an achievement. At this point in my weightloss journey I had been attending Slimming World for 11 months and had lost 2 stone. So I weighed 16stone10lbs the day this was taken.
