Southwark Sights

View east from the "Millennium Bridge" over the Thames this evening. The bridge in the centre is Southwark, and its lights change colour every few seconds. I like this colour combination - but a few seconds later was nice too!

The tiny Nikon S31 camera did OK with this, so small it struggles to sit still in the wind but nestling into my bean bag OK. Influencing its operation is effectively limited to turning flash off, reducing EV by -2 and turning on self-timer (10 seconds... Oh! for an option there.) But it worked out alright. As with every tiny camera I've used, the daylight shots only work in Californian blue-sky-midday conditions and today was quite far from that! So, nice to have clear evening conditions on the journey to my now-customary "home" for 3 nights, at Think apartments.

Boats up and down the river again, perfect way to travel.
