Fiddlin'

It's been a fiddlin' kind of day. Hospital appointment, bit of work, bit of shopping and met a friend. This guy was busking rather forlornly on a miserable dull day and wearing a cowboy sort of jacket (according to the films, never met a cowboy in person you understand), hence the sepia treatment. His music was surprisingly lively. I like a bit of folk fiddling now and again.

Mr J Lewis lured me into his emporium. The new netbook is sitting on my desk, waiting. Waiting for me to plug it in and wind it up. A new gadget make me nervous - will it live up to expectations, will I be able to get it to work? (I've no idea how to connect it to the internet by the way... minor detail.)

A busy few days ahead and a new venture on Saturday - a Poetry Society Stanza group. I'd better get writing...
