A sticky bite

After much wondering and wandering I have felt the need to produce something good.

Inspired to do my own version of baklava recipe here

I am going to repeat myself. I am not sure what I like the most if brushing the butter on the filo pastry sheets or crushing pistachios, walnuts, and almonds in a mortar…..
Well I know is the perfume of cinnamon coming from the oven and the bubbling honey syrup.
