Summer

There's not a breath of wind, not even a gentle breeze as the sun beams down on this hot, yes 35C at noon and currently 32C at 3pm, summer's day. The only sounds in the garden are bees working hard and cicadas clicking away, monarchs and cabbage whites are fluttering around but the birds have gone, possibly taken to the tree tops looking for some air or resting in the shade of the branches.

I was working in the garden but the heat has sent me inside where the air con is cooling things down.

Just a quick blip, my eyes are bad and my head throbbing. A busy week lies ahead so I'll probably be the absent blipper for a wee while.
