Drawing and writing

L drew lots of pictures of her family today. And she really tried her hand at writing, too. Some letters she was confident enough to write in her own but others she wanted direction. She is an excellent reader so I was anxiously awaiting her decision to start writing. It was great fun.

Here is Uncle Fred. L said he is not smiling because his dog threw up on the counter. What imagination!
