Sprouting

I have to say, I didn't feel too grand at church this morning. My daughter was shocked at how I looked when I was dropped off at her house after the service. She insisted on my going to bed when she took me home after lunch. I felt much better after a little sleep.

As Sue was preparing tea I saw her get out this sprouting onion and got a picture of new life sprouting. In just a matter of days onions, in their bags, spring into life. I just don't understand why my avocado stone, on the window, won't grow!

Maybe I should leave it in the dark cupboard with the onions to pick up some hints!
