Rarin' to go.

These are the brand new Edinburgh Trams parked at the Depot in West Edinburgh, near the end of the City Bypass. At the moment some of them are taken out on test runs - to see if the system works and to get the public used to them. The younger generation have no idea the dangers that they will soon have to face, from catching their bike wheels in the rails to ladies finding their heels stuck as a tram approaches!
They are due to go into full service - May, they say, but this project has been fraught with endless delays and cost over runs, so we shall wait and see.
They do look sleek and rarin' to go, so hopefully they will be released soon.
