Cognac Country

Spent this morning taking on a B&B on the edge of my patch just over the borders of Cognac country. Spotted this old sign on the way home and I thought it would make a good blip! The distillery is still there and still operating.

I had a really busy and productive day yesteraday, took on three properties from some leads I had chased last week. In total I will have taken on 7 properties (just this week!) by the end of the week, and I haven't even filled up my diary. I'm even starting to get a few enquiries from buyers now too which is good. I am now spending the afternoon catching up with paperwork!
