Hint of Spring?

There was just a tiny hint of Spring in the air this morning when I had a look around the garden in the sunshine. No wind either and quite mild.

This has brought on the crocus that have been flowering a little while and encouraged them to start to open a little. There are some white ones joining these too which I planted when we buried our cat Mimi some years ago.

The white and purple winter heather is looking lovely and the first of tiny purple primulas are starting to flower too.

I was surprised to see that the little primula flower in close up has a deep blue edge to it's petals
