A New Look for my Local

For practical purposes, my "local" is Weatherspoons at Victoria Station where I sometimes stop off for a pint on the way home.

It's been closed for the past six weeks for refurbishment. Today, I experienced its new look for the first time.

I'm not sure I like it. It's a cross between "retro" and "edgy" and is now more a "bar" than a comfy "pub".

But perhaps it will grow on me.
