Not Awesome

So for the past 24 hours i have been lying here trying to will this stomach flu away. I hope it is well on its way from here by now, because I have so much to do. I remember when I never got sick. Was I stronger then or are the flu bugs more powerful now? I can't bear to think about that too much because honestly, either way it's pretty darn scary.

I'm supposed to have written many stories by now, and I'm supposed to have made connections and plans and done laundry and packed and be hitting the road this afternoon for Phoenix so that I may attend a very important appearance tomorrow, but right now it's all I can do to sit up and baby sip this coffee to try to take the edge off the caffeine headache. Water, electrolytes and saltine crackers have all stayed put, so hopefully this coffee will follow suit and I can get going on trying to manage this day.
