Down to the River.
Went to Worcester today to check that it really is open for business as Mr Cameron had said. It was, but it's so quiet everywhere. But then it probably would be anyway in the winter.
Round the river there was a constant drone of water pumps as people attempt to clear floodwater out of their properties. All very sad.
No one told these swans not to park on double yellow lines. But don't swans belong to the Queen? So can't they park where they jolly well like? Is it a treasonable offence to give a swan a parking ticket? Do yellow lines not count if you can't see them under a flood?
They were having fun anyway in their increased territory.
