Carrot Cake

My Mum was popping in for cup of tea after lunch so I thought it was a good idea to bake a carrot cake to have on offer seeing as biscuits never seem to last in this house!

I'm so stiff today after some tidying up of the garden yesterday but managed to get through the housework and a dog walk without too much problem.

Blaine was invited to his girlfriends place for lunch today, so was whisked off with them this afternoon. He had a good time by the sounds of things, pity his girlfriend and family are returning home on Friday, but hopefully they can fit in another 'visit' before then.
