A Touch of the East - Where is it?

Many thanks to all of you who gave really helpful advice on achieving silky water and who made encouraging comments on my shot yesterday. This is an unbelievably helpful community!

Today the blip is a little different. I have lived in Edinburgh for 38 years and have never noticed this view. I should have seen it at least in the last few years for the skyline has changed. I thought it hinted at pagodas from the Far East and Domes from the Ottoman empire. Maybe I'm just fanciful. However, can any of you who know Edinburgh identify the skyline correctly?
