White Monkey

This is Samovar Tea House in Ely.

I had white monkey tea. It is called that for two reasons. First, it is white tea, which is less processed and contains less caffeine than other teas. Second, legend has it that it grew in such precarious places that only monkeys could get to it to pick it. I love that.
