Cornus mas

Tuesdays is my busy day so not much time for photos. Today we have had micro-propagation and design graphics-all good and interesting.
I noticed that this shrub had just come into flower on the campus, and was not sure what it was. Anyway is turns out to be Cornus mas or The Cornelian Cherry. Its tiny yellow flowers look lovely on the bare branches of this shrub.
