Confined.

Stuck at home today with shoulder & neck pain which rendered me incapable of getting dressed. Had to cancel my pain clinic appt because I was in too much pain! Large proportion of time spent trying to mould hot water bottle around the back of my neck and over my shoulder. It is not possible. May tomorrow be less achy!

These here are my Valentine's flowers. It always surprises me that cut flowers, in particular tulips, continue growing. It leads to unbalanced arrangements a couple of days in.
