Life to the Max

Meet Max. Or Maximus.

Maximus is an 11 week old Italian Mastiff.

He has been visiting us for a couple of weeks for socialisation.
When he first came, he was very nervous and his owner was quite rightly concerned that he should be properly socialised now before he grows into a 50 kg powerhouse.
We are already seeing a huge change in this lad - he is SO chilled out now when he visits and lets everyone pick him up (not for much longer as you can see!), look in his mouth, his eyes, his ears.

Responsible ownership and proper socialisation make SUCH a difference to the adult dog a puppy becomes....

Heading off up North for a few days - I'll be back!
