New Pump

We travelled 200 km North to the Karonga district almost to the Tanzanian border to fit 18 pumps in association with an Australian/Malawian partnership called Every home for Christ/Global Concern. They work with remote rural populations on food security among other projects and we will help them with pumps for clean water and irrigation.
The oldest woman in the village said we were an answer to her prayers: clean water is so precious.
At one stage, when we got back in the jeep the temperature read 47 degrees Celsius.
A bit of a shock to arrive back home today to around 10!!
