Meet the sneaky RBW

It was a beautiful day for a walk in the park. Warmer, sunnier, and the red-bellied woodpecker sneaked up behind the post and surprised me! I hadn't seen him fly in. Serendipity! We are due for a bit of a warm up with temperatures near 50 degrees before they plummet again next week. However, some rain and possibly a thunderstorm are also predicted for the next few days. I'm picturing ice, slush, melting snow, and then ice again and more snow as we return to the deep freeze. Urghhh!
